This was convenient because at the time I was having numerous problems effecting me physically and financially. Tom reassured me that he would be able to sell my house and relieve the burden. Thomas McGiveron is a very professional and personable real estate agent and realtor. He is very patient and wants the best for his clients whether he is assisting them with buying or selling a home. Mr. McGiveron assisted me with the purchase of my first home, five years ago. It was a drawn out process due to 6 months of delays because of improper CO'S on the home. He assisted me with the process and never lost patience, even when I did. It is five years later and he still sends holiday text and messages to ask about the house and the family. Put simply Tom and Colleen are the best realtors I have ever dealt with. I purchased a new home at auction and needed to spend a lot of time renovating it. I was a little overwhelmed having two homes simultaneously and I needed an aggressive team with a good plan to help sell my old home quickly but not give it away at a low price.
